These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at eliteleagueops.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Elite League Ops ("Elite League Ops," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Elite League Ops provides administrative and operational support for fantasy football leagues — including league setup, scoring configuration, dues coordination, dispute frameworks, data management, and related services described on the Site. Our role is operational and administrative.
We are an administrative facilitator. We are not a sportsbook, a gambling operator, a bank, an escrow agent, a money transmitter, or a financial institution, and we do not host, run, or guarantee any game of chance. All competitive outcomes and all decisions regarding entry fees, prizes, and payouts remain the responsibility of league participants and their commissioner.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or engage our services.
Laws governing paid fantasy sports and contests with entry fees vary by state, province, and country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your league, its entry fees, and its prize distributions are lawful in every jurisdiction where its members participate. Elite League Ops does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that any particular league arrangement is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Specific services, deliverables, fees, and terms for any paid engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or order between you and Elite League Ops. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
League dues and member funds are collected and held through independent third-party providers (such as LeagueSafe), not by Elite League Ops directly. Those funds are subject to the third party's own terms and protections. Elite League Ops does not take custody of, guarantee, or insure member funds.
You agree not to:
The Site and all of its content — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, the "Elite League Ops" and "ELO" names and marks, and any proprietary tools or materials we provide (including the Stat Bot) — are owned by Elite League Ops or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content or marks without our prior written consent.
Any data, records, or history specific to your league remains yours. We claim no ownership of your league's underlying data and use it only to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
Our services rely on and reference third-party platforms and providers, including Sleeper and LeagueSafe. Sleeper, LeagueSafe, and other product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Elite League Ops is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies, and references to them do not imply any partnership unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, terms, or conduct of any third-party platform, and your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any result or outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite League Ops and its owners, members, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, funds, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite League Ops and its owners and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or services, your league's operation, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY/STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction. (Dispute-resolution frameworks we administer within a client's league are separate and are defined in that league's service agreement.)
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
